Counselling Psychology has several ways to help us every single day. Talk to a Fred recognises the positive impact of Psychology in our lives as individuals, families, organizations, communities and our World.
The Talk to a Fred program aims at a more individualised and institutionalized perspective that offers a way to critically reflect on life and living. It includes activities such as talks (physical and online), videos, books, magazines, support materials, brochures, poems, plays, ‘word’, dance, songs and art.
In the program, individual well-being is defined through a participatory mechanism that takes in three perspectives:
as a participant that takes part in the program
How the person participates and can take part.
